Hi, I’m Daniel Woodward — a human capital management and business analytics student with a deep interest in how data can be used to solve real-world problems. I specialize in building HR and business-focused dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and R, and I’m passionate about translating data into decisions that matter.

My work spans everything from diversity and inclusion analytics to global recruitment strategy and audience engagement insights. Some of my recent projects include improving DEI hiring outcomes at the Cincinnati Zoo, analyzing market expansion options for Medpace, and creating engagement strategy recommendations for FC Cincinnati based on sports marketing data. Across all these projects, my goal is the same: bring clarity to complex data and help stakeholders make smarter, faster decisions.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between data and people. With a background in HR and experience in consulting-style projects, I not only build dashboards, I help organizations understand them and act on them.
